Make the bathtub cladding without footboard
Cut out identically sized supports for the step from residual material. Glue together with COL-MK at regular intervals on the floor and bathtub exterior.
Apply COL-MK to exposed top and side edges of the support elements. Apply in a snake-like pattern.
Cut out the front and top sides of the steps from residual material. First glue on the front section, then the top section.
Additionally fix the top and side section with FIX-SD 80. TIP: Pre-pierce dowel holes using a cross slot screwdriver
The steps must not be continued to the wall. Allow to dry after gluing.
All element joints are to be reinforced with ARM-100 SK glass fibre reinforcement strips … …
… and level out with COL-AK. The surface is now ready for tiling. Further requirements (e.g. sealing for wet loads) must be taken into consideration in accordance with national directives.
